The service

Dueolert connects to your Gmail to discover, structure and monitor bills, subscriptions, renewals and other financial commitments. The service is operated by Ved Prajapati, a sole trader based in Watford, UK.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old. By creating an account you confirm you meet this requirement and have legal capacity to contract.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under it. Tell us immediately of any unauthorised use.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service unlawfully; don't attempt unauthorised access to our systems or others' accounts; don't scrape, crawl or systematically extract data; don't reverse-engineer; don't disrupt the service or infrastructure.

Subscription and billing

£7.99 per month or £79.99 per year (equivalent to £6.67/month, saving 16%). Cancel anytime from Settings; cancellation applies from the end of the billing period. No refunds for partial periods unless required by law.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. Automated extraction can miss items or misread amounts — always verify important dates and figures against the original email before acting on them.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including financial losses from decisions based on the service. Total liability per claim is limited to what you paid in the preceding 12 months.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; material changes will be flagged in the app at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use counts as acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, whose courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
